This work by Waterco primarily involved reviewing a body of work by Dr Graham Hall which challenged the science, models and methodology used for Fairbourne to date. Waterco’ aim was to bring a closure to the difference of opinion; i.e. between this work and Gwynedd Council’ assessment thereof.
